DISCLAIMERS & POLICIES:

1. Every adult on the property is responsible for themselves. Children on the property, are the responsibility of the accompanying adult. Forganic team does not take any liability for the children.

2. 100% payment is required before checking in. We do not accept any card or cash transactions on site.

3. This schedule of activities is subject to change in case of unforeseen reasons, as per the discretion of the forganic team.

4. If you don’t show up on the day of the booking, your booking lapses and the forganic team is not liable to shift your dates or refund your money.

5. The food menus are pre-decided as per the availability of the local produce. No changes in the menu after check-in will be entertained.

6. All Jain, vegan and/or specific food requirements need to be conveyed to the forganic team at least two days prior by mail.

7. The kitchen has functioning timings. If you check-in later than the meal times, food will not be available for that meal.

8. Forganic is a property immersed in nature. forganic team shall not be held responsible for any bites or injuries, while on the property.

9. Forganic team shall not be held responsible for any loss and/or damage of personal belongings.

10. Unless confirmed on email by the forganic team early check in or late check out is not allowed.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
 

• If cancellations are made before 14 days prior to check-in: Full Refund

• If cancellations are made between 7 - 14 days before check-in: 50% Refund

• If cancellations are made within 7 days of check-in: No Refund
